Dignity Memorial adopts Childhood Cancer Awareness
Dignity Memorial is supporting Childhood Cancer Awareness by partnering with Paul’s Project and collecting items for care packs to help families when a child is brought into a hospital’s care.
Inspired by a 4th grade student and a family’s journey through childhood cancer, Paul’s Project is dedicated to enlightening the community to the urgency and importance of supporting families of critically ill children. Paul’s Project provides PACKS that are filled with comfort items and necessities and are delivered to Florida Hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses to parents that find themselves in the hospital, have extended hospital stays or are in ICU. PACKS, also known as “yellow bags of sunshine”, include blankets, water, socks, toiletries, notepads, pens and snacks.
Dignity Memorial is concentrating on collecting blankets, socks, UNO card games and flip flops at locations throughout the state of Florida. Please click the link below for a full list of collection locations by county.
We appreciate your support and donations!
