Goals for a Cause
Goals for a Cause Florida selected the 1Voice Foundation as their 2017 Charity Benefactor. Goals for a Cause Florida, founded in 2010, is a registered non-profit charitable organization committed to supporting numerous non-profits throughout the Tampa Bay area.
The Eighth Annual Goals for a Cause Florida Senior Hockey Tournament will take place November 24 – November 26 at the Tampa Bay Skating Academy, located at 255 Forest Lakes Blvd in Oldsmar. The tournament is open to teams 50 & over and 40 & over. Registration is open via www.Goals4aCause.org.
Prior to the hockey tournament, the two organizations will partner for the Celebrity Server event on Saturday, November 18 from 12:00-4:00 pm at Jack Willie’s Bar, Grill & Tiki in Oldsmar. On Monday, November 20, plans are for Fox 13 Tampa Bay’s Morning Show personality Charley Belcher to host his annual ‘Charley Belcher Skate’ at Tampa Bay Skating Academy in Oldsmar.

$2,500 Hat-Trick Partner
Provides funding for our teen camp, bereavement retreat and our annual travel expenses to Capitol Hill for our families to testify before Congress and the Senate.
$1,500 Goal Partner
Provides funding for support group food and speakers, supplies for our parents while in the hospital, parents day out while the children are at the Aquarium, MOSI or Game Time and snacks and supplies for our toddler program.
$1,000 Breakaway Partner
Provides funding for our families to travel for treatment out of state. It includes hotels, flights, food gift cards and ground transportation.
$500 Assist Partner
Provides funding through our financial assistance program for struggling families which includes, but not limited to: rent, mortgage, car repair, utilities, food and medical expenses not covered by insurance.
$250 Puck Partner
Provides funding for 10 equine therapy sessions which includes physical, occupational and speech therapy for pediatric cancer patients on our therapy horses.
